How can I track my parcel with Australia post?

1. You'll find your tracking number under "Consignment Number" in the PDF document attached to your shipment confirmation email.

2. Enter this tracking number at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

For parcel enquiries you can contact Australia Post directly on 137 678
If you have done this and can not locate the parcel please contact us.

Can I change my order after I have placed it online?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order!
If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're welcome to contact us or follow the returns policy on how to return it for a refund or gift voucher. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

How do I return an item?

To return an item please visit our returns page and follow the instructions.

Do you do exchanges?

We are unable to process exchanges online, however you can repurchase the item online after returning it.

Do you restock colours and product lines?

Yes we do based on demand of the products. So keep your eyes peeled.

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you've reached the checkout page, enter the promotional code into the discount section and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied!
Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

What if my item is faulty?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our team will work with you to resolve the issue. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process. Please contact us on ajani@bigpond.com.au

How long is delivery?

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post! Once your parcel has left our HQ, it will arrive to you in approximately 2-5 business days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Once your parcels have left the warehouse they are then property of Australia Post. Enhance is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at ajani@bigpond.com.au

How can I pay for my online purchases?

You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD or PAYPAL.
