Returns Policy


At Enhance, if you’re not 100% happy with your item, you can return it for a credit note of 100% of the value or for a refund (we do deduct our postage cost). You can return items in their original condition within 14 days from when you received your order. The cost of returning the order is the responsibility of the customer.

Before returning your item, please make sure it meets the following criteria:

  1. To ensure the item is protected during courier your items need to be in the original box or bag
  2. Claims must be made within 14 days or receipt
  3. Do not return the goods unless the product has all tags intact, unworn and no make-up stains
  4. Returned goods must be sent by registered post with insurance
  5. Enhance will not be liable for losses during postage
  6. Enhance does not pay for postage of returned items or replacement items
  7. Goods must not be worn. Enhance has the right to refuse a return for credit or exchange if it is not in re-sellable condition. Enhance also will not accept the return if there are signs to suggest that the item has been worn, e.g. soiled, makeup stain or odour
  8. Credit notes are valid online for 6 months

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact our lovely customer care team first so that they can ensure they have the item in stock and can hold it for you, to avoid disappointment

Please note: Every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments online but as computer monitors may vary, your monitor may display a slightly darker or lighter colour


  1. Enhance will happily exchange or offer store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in original condition (unsoiled, unworn, tags attached)
  2. Enhance does not offer change of mind refunds
  3. All sales on discounted items are final and may not be returned for exchange or store credit
  4. For hygienic reasons, accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded
  5. Retain original receipt as proof of purchase
  6. Enhance will only refund when the product has been deemed faulty after an assessment by head office with a major fault
